Explore Art at Samantha Smith PTSA

Explore Art is more than an art program — it’s an invitation for students to imagine, create, and discover. Led by parent volunteers, the program brings a variety of art concepts, mediums, and artists into the classroom, giving every child the chance to explore in a hands-on, inspiring way.

Our mission is simple: spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and celebrate the joy of learning through art. We emphasize the process — the experimenting, the exploring, the trying again — over the final product. Along the way, students gain confidence in their own unique ideas and discover new ways of expressing themselves.
